Hi, it has potential! what about putting some splashes of red,paint that table, change up the chair to a rattan with a bright cushion, hanging plants maybe you could enclose somewhat with lattice and have window boxes, or clematis. Hope this helps because it can be a pretty cozy spot.

Hey, just came across this post and wanted to help out. You can paint your chairs in bright or dark colors you know to give the place some accent. Bright Red or Black come to mind. Or for a neutral maybe white. Or you can get a nice looking bench to put in place of your chairs. Or even if you get one of those metal cafe' porch sets .. I forgot what you call them but it's metal and fancy with flower shape to it. Is that a column? You can paint it to coordinate or blend in with your house or decorate it with a vine like plant by wrapping it around the column/pole like thing. It may sound crazy and maybe it is but once I saw a pretty porch on a magazine that had shear curtains by the pole/column thingy. One more ! You can also rearrange your plants as well as painting them or getting different shaped ones with pretty colors. I have more but I don't want to make this too long. Good Luck!

My only suggestion is to sew some cushions for the chairs to make them more comfy. That might make you use it more!
